last softball Saturday of the year!
all the big brothers playing wiffle ball :)
this play made me so happy - and not just because Charlotte got an out.
She was playing third and there was no forced out, but the girl was trying to advance anyway.
Charlotte's teammate ran the ball to third (not a lot of passing on this team because no one can catch) and tagged the base, but Charlotte knew she had to tag the girl! can't believe her awareness level of the game and how much it has improved this year.
so Charlotte snatched the ball out of her teammates glove, stood away from the base, and tagged the opponent!
and how she learned to trust her coaches while running the bases...
this girl rounded second at full speed because she was doing what she was supposed to!
yay peacocks!

we did our first escape room this afternoon!
it was scooby themed!
and then we took the kids to a bar :)
best burgers in town though!
