we had a sub 70 degree morning for the first time in weeks!
the first morning we were back here in this house, Matt and I were up early getting ready to receive our truck of stuff, and as Matt was walking around the house, he saw a turkey fly up into the trees.
Later that day he was talking to our neighbor and mentioned it, and the neighbor said no way! he'd never seen a wild turkey around these parts in the however many lots of years he's lived here.
But sure enough, almost every morning, we have a mama and baby turkey and a mama and baby deer that hang out together down the hill from our house :)
just in case anyone is under the perception that these children don't misbehave or throw fits in public.
they do.
but then they get all privileges taken away, and somehow come up with something awesome:
they started playing Shark WEek :)

kids all voted turkey hill, but once again, I was a friendly's fan!
when everyone else is once again in time out, so you get the first few minutes along on the water slide :)
