we had a pretty beautiful morning to hike around the base!

stood in the center of the country!
we really wanted to do Little Bighorn this afternoon, but decided instead to tool around Rapid City a little bit.
But we made sure to drive up to the border to see a bit of Montana anyway!
We saw a few President's in Rapid!
and then we took Jameson to the Dinosaur Park!
The boy is dino crazy, so he loved this!
and we even had time left to wander around Deadwood for ice cream before bed!

We've now been to Tombstone, Dodge City and Deadwood - we're ready for some Wild West trivia night or something :)
even got to stick around for the wild west reenactment!
